i have a 99 stang with the "6 spoke" wheel design. i hate the wheels. i was looking at getting a wheel and tire combo off ebay from AFS. i like the 03 cobra replicas alot. i have an atlantic blue stang with the chin spiler, black bumper inserts and 20% tint all around. black wheels would match but it would look wierd when rolling. i was thinkin about the aluminum or chrome plated wheels in this link:

go with polished aluminum 03 cobra replicas i think that would look hot on your car. I got mine from a guy on ebay who sells replicas w/ a tire package for really cheap ill see if i can find the guy again for ya.

chrome = heavy + $$$

almost everyone mistakes my polished aluminum for chrome and i paid a LOT less for them.

 

Really not that much difference in weight, still an aluminum wheel. I am just lazy and hate to polish.

 

saving money on buying them instead of chrome got me my CAI and a few other goodies...

 

yea i'm gettin the same rims except 18x9's with the nexon tires they come with, it's also on ebay. at the same time i'm gonna buy nitto drag radials and just use the extra tires that i got off of ebay for spares.

 

Umm... I got chrome 18x9" bullitts... And I bet you didn't pay a whole lot less than I did...

Black bullitts look weird...

good deals. i also ruled out black and either want 03 cobra rep. or bullitt? still torn on either polished al., or chrome plated? how much do you pay for polishing, 96stang232. i bet it adds up after a while, making chrome cheaper in the long run?[8D] you know, i need a better reason other than maintanance. like real numbers, price...
