Engine cleaning at the car wash...
I don't have a driveway to do the step-by-step processes (I live in a condo building). So I'm going to have to clean my engine bay at the local car wash. Can you guys give me a 101 on how to do it at the car wash without screwing anything up? Can it be done?
Here's what I'm thinking... cover the alternator and airbox, lightly pressure wash/rinse everything, apply some engine degreaser/Simple green, let it sit while I clean the rest of the car, then come back for one more rinse off and hit the road.
Wadayathink?
