Default Painting interior?

Well, I'm honestly thinking about painting some things in my interior. Before anybody screams and hollers, I want you all to know I'll only be paiting hard plastic parts. On my list so far of things that may get painted are my center console, my gauge cluster frame (the plastic around the gauges, not the bezel thingy, but the thing behind the glass, if you will), the fins of the fans (you can pop these out and maybe paiting them would make a nice detail, but not sure, youropinions, please), and maybe the arm rests area. I'll take pictures of any of these things if anybody wants to see.

On the definite list is the center console and the gauge plate.

If you painted the arm rest give it a while and it will fade and peel off.

I've seen some interior work that makes the car look awesome, and I've seen some that make it look like a cheap POS. If you decide to do it make sure you take your time with it and don't rush anything.

It would be prepped, primed, and clear coated.

Go for it. Just dont stray from the prep prime and clear coat like you said. Be sure to throw some pics on and let us know how it goes.

I'll make that next weekends project, then... at least, acquiring the paint, anyway. I'll research it closer to then. This weekend's project, unfortunately, was a repair. Damn IAC. Yep, trying to do at least one project a weekend on the car. Even if it's a 40$ part. oh, and next weekend I'm also installing mach 1 chin spoiler and mach 1 grille. I can't wait. Might even do the install sooner than that.
