i wanted to know what you guys think i should do for a paint job on my car....now it isn't going to happen until like summer spring fall around one of those....but i wanted to know ahead of time...now i want to you know what you guys would do to the colors i put on there...anything like adding metalic flakes or anything else...and other is just what you would want to do to it....

its a
1993 notchback 4 cylinder 5 speed(for right now it is...i'm going to change that to a 2.3TC or something like that)

well my car is green right now and i don't like red on a mustang like mine...it just doesn't stand out to me...

You see a ton of black cars, mustangs especially. Go with the green, make it stand out from the crowd.

Go with a green and put some silver metallic flakes in it. That would look awesome! Or, get the berilliyum color that saleen makes. That is a gorgeous color.

green with silver flake would be badass, but if a shop is doing then be prepared to pay out the *** for a flake. my buddy paints and i asked him why places charge so much cause i figured its just adding flake to the clear and how much could flake be. he said theres a whole special technique for laying flake and thats why people charge alot, its hard to make it right.

Yeah. I believe they paint the color and then it's almost like another clearcoat with the flakes or something. I saw it on pimp my ride. haha.

ok well i really want to do black but i don't really want green...i could do a deep purple red color thing...i just don't like the color green all that much...but if i could find a green i like then i would do it...
