K the weirdest thing happened to my mirror. It was parked in a block of ice for a while but that finally thawed out so i drove it yesterday. When i went to look in my driverside mirror.. it rusted. the actual glass rusted. So i drove down to checker auto parts and they gave me a lot of stupid answers(typical for them) so i drove over to napa and first we just tried glass cleaner but then we learned it was actually pitted with somethin. So i orderd a new mirror. My question is does any one know how to put on an exterior mirror. ive never messed with this kinda thing so i have no idea.

 

K the situation has bout completly flipped. turns out installation is a no brainer. but now.. i cant find a mirror. Does anyone know wher to find a mirror for the LH side mirror or a 95 stang w/remote use?

 

I found some on ebay for $40.00 dollars more or less, I need to replace mine too on the same side. I have a 94Gt.

heh of course, now i just have to break down and pay the 25 bucks. lol if i had the "sail" mirrors theyd be 7 dollars at NAPA
