im no expert..but i dont see why it wouldnt fit...but ask the seller...it couldnt hurt!

I think it should fit. I'm pretty sure all the 94-04 dashes are very close to the same. But for $12 I would just buy it and see what happens. Its only plastic so if it doesn't fit you may be able to trim it to fit.
