Default tint on a vert??

ive got a dark green convertible, and im getting a black top for it. Tint will look awesome with the top up, but will it look goofy with the top down?

hopefully with the top down, the windows are down too. but if you keep the windows up, the tint will look fine imo. my cousin has an 01 v6 vert and is tinting the windows on it and it looks real good with the top up and ok with it down. ive never liked verts with top down and windows up.

I have a vert... the top and windows actually go up? LOL. I live in SoCal, so the top is rarely up.

I think it would look fine, because I would also hope that the windows would be down if the top is. My mom had a vert before she bought a mini and sometimes she'd have the windows up and the top down. I always told her she looked like an idiot, it's not like it's any less wind in your face or anything.

Haha. Yeah, I think it would look fine.

a friend of mine has tint on his car, and he got his eye doctor to sign a paper for him that says he legally can put tint on his car because his eyes are "sensitive" to the sun. Its not really true, but if the doc says it is, then theres no arguing with that. If he gets pulled over by a cop, all he has to do if show him the papers and hes good. I think im going to try to get my eye doctor to do that, ive got glasses and contacts, so i should be able to get away with it. Its such a good idea on my friends part.

I have a vert, and I think it looks great. Up or down. I was actually hoping that it would be much darker with top down, but it's still pretty nice. Here is a picture of mine.

My vert has 5% all the way around and here in FL it gets down regularly... I cruise from class to the house and vice-versa with the top down and the windows up (sometimes) cause @ 75mph. the wind can get pretty fierce and the windows up do help keep the wind out of your face. Looks great with the top up and decent with the top down. 90% of the time the top is down the windows are down too! Oh my verty is green with a brand new"saddle" top BTW.
