for a 94-98 mustang, looking at about 1200 dollars or so

 

the cobra kit and saleen kits look pretty good. i also like the stalker kit but it is a little more than what you are looking to spend. i think the xenon kit doesnt look too bad either. most everything else just looks like rice. make sure you buy urethane and not fiberglass.

 

no body kit = the best body kit. plus you get to keep your 1200 bucks and either save up for some f /i or other performance mods.

 

this is true. but if you are set on buying one then dont get anything off the wall. i personally like the look of a chin spoiler and lowered a little and it looks great. but whatever floats your boat.

 

the cobra R kit is by far the best looking for that year model

 

I agee no body kit, put the money towards something better, but if you stuck on the bodykit idea wings west makes a body kit for that year the front bumber is ok as far s bodykits go its kinda like a more jagged v6/gt bumper, the rest of the kits ugly tho

 

I have a fiberglass saleen front and rear bumper if ur interested, 300$.

 

body kit = cost of body kit + paint

just something to keep in mind for your $1200

 

I agree. NO BODY KIT. Add a chin, lower the front end by 1.5", and pocket the savings.

 

whats so bad about the fiberglass kits?... how difficult is the installation of any body kit? thanks
