When lowering a 98 mustang...do u put in new springs or both springs and struts?

I just did my springs. Struts would be nice to put in, but not necessary. Depending on how low of a drop you want, you should bet C&C plates for exact alignment.

Yeah, but you will for sure need those Caster/Camber plates.....2 inches is a lot[:-]

I have Eibach Sportlines on my 98 cobra which drops it 1.8 in the front and 2 in the back. You will end up needing upgrated shocks and struts... When you first drive your car once it gets lowered you will see what i mean, I was totally shocked to see how bad the ride was after i lowered it, some good shocks and struts will help this. Also, if you dont replace them, they will end up going out on you because of the pressure the car is putting on them because of the drop.
