You will need a backing plate to accomodate the different pads to go with it. You should check out my Lake Country Starter Kit for the PC. It has everything you need to get started!
The Starter Kit comes with a 5 inch backing plate, 1 orange light cutting pad, 2 white polishing pads, and 1 gray finishing pad.

Do you already have the polishes/swirl removers to use with the PC?

For a beginner the Poorboys SSR1 and the SSR2.5 are the way to go for use with the PC. They are really easy to use and you will get excellent results with them. Optimum polishes are excellent too but require a little more of a learning curve.

The Poorboys SSR2.5 is a really medium swirl remover. Then you could finish off with Poorboys SSR1 or my Light Polish.

Thanks for your business, it is appreciated!!

I noticed that it is going to Arizona, I will get that out first thing in the morning and it will probably take about 4 business days. You are a good distance from IL!

No problem! You will have a lot of fun with the PC. Make sure to check out some of the PC videos floating around here. Those will help you out a lot on how to properly break down the polishes and just general use. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions once you get started.

It'll be a good idea to clay bar your car again.

However, you won't have to work with it at such a slow pace if you haven't been parking under trees or traveling down freshly paved roads etc.
