Default Keepin it clean...

So, I just got a new job that is moving me away and is giving me an apartment to live in. The problem is, that I now have no parking garage or personal garage to park in. What are some ways I can keep it clean? Maybe a certain type of wax or something? Should I just invest in a car cover?

Sounds like you need to try out some Optimum No Rinse (ONR)

Definitely go with the no rinse. I also live in an apartment and I use it, that stuff is the real deal.

I use ONR (Optimum No Rinse) in my detailing business and for personal use. It works like a charm worth the investment

ONR takes the place of conventional washing. You should still wax your car like you normally do. You could use a sealant. Itsgetting winter time.Asealant would give your car longer protection than a carnauba wax.Clay barring is a great idea, especially if you've never clay barred before. You would not believe all the contaminants in your paint.

I have plenty of No Rinse in stock right now too! This is a really popular item this time of year. I carry it in 32 oz. and gallon sizes. I also highly recommend going with the Opti Seal Sealant by Optimum. This stuff has great durability and is super simple to use.

To be clear, you don't have to wax afterward. It's primary purpose is to take the place of conventional bucket/hose washing. The ONR does act as a light wax, though I'd suggest waxing your car at regular intervals like usual. Claybarring is a great idea and should be done probably a couple times a year.
