Default OVERSPRAY REMOVAL

Ok so I had some work done on my drivers side door and they got some overspray on the rear drivers side fender in a litle triangle shape. Its barely noticable but after washing and clayign the car and all the other day its standing out alot more. What would you recommend to get this out- just buffing? Billy has a buffer that he said should do it but I was kinda hoping for some second opinions.... thanks~

You should get a Clay bar kit. It should take that overspray off.

heath

the clay wasn't aggressive enough to get the over spray off.

my plan is to go at it with OD light polish on a white pad and if that doesn't work ill step up to ssr2.5 and the orange pad

any other suggestions?

I wonder if Laquer thinner would get it off? I would use this as a last resort though.

You might have to bump up to a more aggressive claybar.

Don't worry about the Porter Cable hurting the paint, it is almost impossible to hurt it!

Well, I can tell you that my buffer was able to remove dried Krazy Glue from all over my car. I would figure that krazy glue would have a tighter bond and harder surface than the fresh overspray.

Have at it with the buffer!
