Default Two Questions on New Vert

Just have two questions on my new Grabber Orange vert.

1) As you can see in the picture it has painted flat black stripes. When I clay bar the orange, should I also do the flat black?

2) Also I only use Meguirs products. Should I use anything other then the NXT wash on the roof?

Thanks in advance, Mike

Since the stripes are painted on, I don't see a problem with claying but if you're really concerned then test it on a small inconspicuos(sp?) part like the very tip of the hood pointing towards the front of you. I've seen people clay flat vinyl sticker stripes without any problems as long as you use plenty of lube and rinse it well afterwards. As for your top, that Rag Top or whatever it's called works well. Hope that helps. Very nice ride BTW.

he seems to have everything covered. if they are paint, then they should be fine to clay/wax just like the rest of the car. and the raggtop kit is great for our convertible tops. it has a cleaner and a protectant. i have only seen it online, not in any stores.

TMLFAN, you have a nice car...

I'm usually not a fan of the S195, but you have pulled it off nicely.
