Default body work question

i have a 99 mustang gt with a procharger and intercooler. with the car being lowered it nearly drags the ground as it is. the underbody in the front was cut because of the intercooler and the corners hang near to the ground. there are holes with which i could tie it back up but my question is...

what is the best thing to use to keep that part of the body up?
the only idea ive been given so far is zip ties and im not sure how good they would work holding up the underbody in the front.

Zip ties FTW. I have zip ties holding on my bumper under the hood because the plastic part where you screw it into cracked and doesn't hold screws anymore. They work really well.
