Nothing that I know of. Its peeling because of 1 of 3 things:
1. The surface wasnt prepped right prior to application
2. The paint is getting old/breaking down (if the clearcoat breaks down, the paint itself wont last long)

-or-
3. Your mustang goes so dang fast it blows the paint off.

The paint will just keep peeling. About the only thing you can do is repaint it. Keeping it clean and a thin coat of wax might save the life a little bit. That way, dirt and water wont get as much of a chance to get under the paint.

You could try to buff it out...

Always keeping it clean and a bunch of coats of wax is a good idea

Have you tried stripping the car at all? If you dont give new paint a while to flash off, and wax it right away, it can make the wax really hazzy. Try using laquer thinner and wiping off a small section to see if it cleans it up. It might just be that the wax is giving it a haze.
