I currently have a 94 mustang convertible, i want to paint it and if necessary put anew topon to match. What color should i go? how about body kit or rims i want it to look nice. hard to make a v6 run fast but it can look sweet

I think a color resembling competition orange or sonic blue would be really fun! You don't see those colors on a mustang from that generation, so it would really make your ride stand out.

With a black top, either color would look badass. I voted Other since I had two choices.

 

you should leave the top whatever color the interior is. and take my word for it. to change the color of a car is easy. to change the color of a car RIGHT is very difficult and involves removing the body from the car. which unless it's a show car i assume you don't intend. one thing you should consider is that changing the color of all of the visible portions of your car will involve considerable expense and sin't really worth it. think of how bad it'd look if you painted it orange or whatever color you decide and you open the hood or the trunk or doors and see the green. personally i think green is pretty sweet color. especially if the top and interior are tan. classy. as for body kit the saleen looks quite good for the '94-'98 style. that kit, your green color, and a set of cobra Rs and you have a truly slick looking stang.


that is just my opinion though.

p.s. if you put a body kit and want it to look fast be sure to modify the exhaust to dual.

 

I gotta get a better pic of my stang up, this one sucks soo bad, Green with tan top is dead sexy especially with the blackouts on the lights and 5% tint. car looks smooth. But then again, Orange is bada$$ and I have never seen and orange 94-98 stang. But it is incredibly involved and expensive. I wanna repaint mine as well but if I ever do I'll get the same color.

 

Sonic blue. It's the hottest color.

 

i want to paint mine sonic blue but i'm only going to do so if i decide to keep it forever. it costs so much and is such a pain in the @$$.

I LOVE my white one. When it's clean i think it's the best looking color. but i have to wash it every three hours to keep it clean. i wash it at least three times a week.

I of course will say Yellow. But if you're not into yellow...go with another bold color like Orange. Somebody mentioned they had never seen an orange in the SN95 models, there's one below. As far as a body kit goes, I think the stalker looks best...nothing like it. Yellow or Orange with a stalker body kit, and either black or chrome wheels, you'd be set man. Good luck.
