Default keeping headlights looking new

So I'm at the point where my headlights seem to be beyond repair. I'm planning on buying some new smoked clear corner ones, but I wanted to know if there's some good way to keep them from fogging up. Is there more that I can do besides buying a higher quality one?

I think they're almost beyond worth repairing, but here's the pics. Let me know what you think.

If thathaze and stuff is on the outside, use http://www.crystalviewchemicals.com/to remove it. It works amazingly well. Mine weren't as bad as yours, but it made mine look brand new...

you can buy this stuff at wal-mart. it worked really good for mine too but the haze is starting to come back a little so i may but some sealant on them this time and see what happens. and only 2 headlights can be fixed per pack btw.

once you clean them .... spray them with clear coat. either kit is probably better then buying all the stuff indivdually. i just use 1500 sandpaper(wet), HSB w/ 1500 grit coupound and wool pad. then paint sealant or clear coat.
