* How much did the H & R's lower your stang? I'm about to install the H & R Super Sport springs on my 2003 Mach 1 and am currious how low they'll lower my car. Pluses and minuses?

Hey are shocks and struts really that important to buy? What are the drawbacks from just buying lowering springs and not even bothering with anything else? Is there any damage that could happen later along the line?

yes, if you do not buy shocks and lower your caronce you go over a bump the car will start bouncing and take a while to become stable, some shocks will blow because of the stiffer springs, the best shocks would be to get the Bilstein Sports, they are 614 bucks for 2 shocks and 2 struts

anyway, my friend has bbk springs w/kyb strutson his 96' gt and it rides smooth as hell, and handles awesome...just my $.02...now ifi could just find a stiffer spring that won't really lower my 5.0 more than half an inch...stupid long tubes

i have bags on my blazer and they ride smooth, there is a breaking in point to where they ride rough but as soon as they are broke in they ride great. also the pressure in the bags has alot to do with ride quality
