how do i remove what holds the wipers from the car and what do i use to paint them black ?

 

i know that the wipers have a little pin at the base of them to pull them off. then i think that little ring will come off, not positive though. and im guessing yours have turned white as well....mine are the same way. i would probably just paint them with some of the krylon fusion for plastics. i have heard good things about that.
