Default Stains On Stripes

Hi, i am the recent purchaser of a 2008 Blue GT mustang with white stripes. I have had this car about six months buit have been unable to drive it recently because its stick, and i just had foot surgury, anywho since i have got this car i have only washed it once which was yesterday. I noticed that on my stripes there seem to be specs/spots/stains. I asked my neighbor who owns a zo6, and he said it was bug**** (lol) anyway i am curious how to remove these stains your help with be greatly appreciated! also kind of off-topic but i am also curious (because of my surgury) if someone could give me some inside tip's of how to shift w/o my clutch and catching the gear at the right rpm (havent been able to do so) thank you!

Give the car a couple of washes and see if it makes a difference. If not perhaps a tar and bug remover? I bought turtle wax's new version for some heavy pitch-and it works good! I do have the factory vinyl stripes-black, and it never hurt them-just watch you don't scrub too hard.
There are alot of other brands out there-this was the only one I could find so far, heh.

Are the stripes painted on? If so clay bar should take off most anything, I don't know about clay on vinyl. For vinyl you might want to try a little "Lava" soap(Don't press to hard and NEVER on paint) or spot remover.
