Default Cleaning Cloth Seats?

The cloth seats in my F150 are stained from my dog riding on the back seat. (black lab, likes water, you get it) anyway i am about to sell it so i really need to get the water stains out. I've tried carpet cleaner with no luck. Anyone got anything to try? I really dont want to take it to an upholstery cleaner but i dont know what else to try. Suggestions?

i have always had god results with the tuff stuff spray foam. you just spray it on, let it soak, scrub it in, and then go over it with the vacuum.
