My 99 Cobra stock side scoops are loose. I see where they used to attach, but obviously have losened over time. Is there anything I can purchase aftermarket to reattach? I was thinking about double sided 3M tape but unsure if that would hold side scoops???

 

Have you manged to remove them to see the clips? There is a tutorial on mustangworldDOTcom and it shows that it is attached by 6 or so clips. If the clips are loose, maybe you can just tighten them or something.
