Default The Crape Myrtle is a bad ****

I need some help in a bad way. I parked my car under a crape myrtle tree today for approximately 5 hours. I didn't realize the Crape Myrtle tree weeps and now I have millions of tiny water like spots on my car that will not come off (not even the windshield).

Here is what I have tried so far:

wash, clay bar, wax, goo gone and windex. I still have millions of tiny water like spots.

PLEASE HELP ME! I'm freaking out that my two month old Mustang GT's paint and windshield are ruined (breathing into paper sack, "get ahold of yourself man").

wash then try water/vinegar at a 50/50 mix. try alcohol/water at a 80/20 mix. finally if they're still there try a mild polish by hand. i'd recommend optimum poliseal or poorboy's polish with sealant. by meow the stains should be gone, i highly doubt you'll need a polisher for this.

If the water/vinegar doesn't work, a mild polish you can by hand will remove it. Don't worry.

Run a finger nail over the water spots, if it grabs just enough that you have to try 5-6 times to know if it really grabbed at all, you can relax knowing your clear coat still exists.

You just saved me a weekend at the mental hospital. I can't believe how easy the vinegar and water took the spots up considering how hard I worked with the clay bar and the quick detailer. Unbelievable but I'm more than grateful for the advice.

Thanks a million

Word to the wise......never park under a crape myrtle in 100 degree heat or anytime for that mannner.
