Default H-pipe hits frame

I just installed a set of bbk shorty headers and a new free flow h-pipe w/ cats on my 94 gt, but where the h-pipe tubing comes from the header collector, the right side is right up against my frame. could the problem be a badly made h-pipe or is it because the headers seem to be a bit wider than the stock ones it is making for a wider fit? any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I wouldn't know, but the headers are going to be larger than manifolds. Could be a good theory you have.
