Default My spoiler is spoiled!!! Help

How much would it cost to have a shop put a new clear coat on that?

Oddly enough...It's just the spoiler thats doing that crap. I've tried wax, sealants, and even that scratch paint filler with no luck.

HALP!

I went to a decent priced shop, they quoted me at $250
I could buy a new one for that much! >_<

They said 1.5 hours to take off the old coat and paint, re-prime it, re-paint it, re-clear coat it.

Bulllllllllll chit.

Why is that bull ****? That is the proper way to re-do it.

Otherwise take it to Maaco and pay much less and have the same result as now in a few years.

But seriously, $250. You can buy OEM ones off ebay for $120.
I just don't see how something soo small could be soo pricey, just for the paint.

paints pretty expensive....auto bodys give estimates based on 10ths of an hour..not sure on all the stuff...but that does seem a bit high for just a spoiler..
should be around 150 to 200

if there is prep work involved then its going to cost quite a bit.
