Default Armor All

I have heard that using Armor All focuses the heat on your dash and causes it to crack in the sun does anybody know if its true.

Armour all used to be alcohol based which would cause the interior plastics and vinyl to dryout and crack. That was some time ago, Armour All is now water based and they don't have the problem anymore. I don't really care for the look of AA.

Yeah they changed a while back and I was the AA king in high school! My friends would joke that the river of Armor All on my dash alone could be used to dress the tires of all their cars......I never use the stuff now...(well maybe on the DD and the tires only)

A hot tip to use instead is lemon furniture oil. It lasts longer and bonds with the plastic as they are all petroleum base.

I use Super Shine Armor All and never had a problem. I dont like the Black Magic Interior Liquid its way to greasey. I agree with molecule about the Meguires it a real good product.
