cleaning convertible top

Hey guys just bought a 97 convertible GT and the top is white, with some minor brownish stains. Any suggestions on how to clean it? Thanks!

I wanna say this stuff called Bleech White. It's what I used on my old Cutlass when I had white letter tires and got those letters WHITE!! Not sure if it can be used on the top due to maybe...drying out the top?
If so, just use that to clean it and get some RAGTOP to condition it.
