Default Help with detailing products?

All,

What brick and mortar stores (not online stores) do you get your microfiber towles/pads from? Also, did anyone read this article?

https://mustangforums.com/m_434613/tm.htm

What were your thoughts on that? It mentions this will last for 10-12 months but you have to glaze your car every 2-4 weeks? What the heck? Does anyone actually do what is recommended in this article? My next question...Who's got the freakin time for that? I could see if you only had to do it once a year, but what's the deal with the 2-4 weeks and applying more glaze?

Thanx in advance

I got a package with eight microfiber towels at Wal Mart. I think they were around 5 dollars. They work great.

Be careful. Not all microfibers are equal. Look for a "Made in Korea" tag. Everything else is second quality.

So where do you get the first quality microfibers? Is there a brand I should look for?

Here is a link that explains the difference in the cheaper vs. high quality microfiber products. Hope this helps.

I am a big fan of these Cobra MF towels, quality is uncomparable to what you would buy at Walmart. I love my car to much to put cheap towels on it !
