Default Moisture in headlights?

Hey,

Apparently I did not seal my headlights correcty because i'm seeing some moisture build up inside of one of my headlights (I have smoked clear corner). Theres a lot in there, and it seems like its evaporating, but getting stuck on the housing inside?

What is the best/easiest way to deal with this? Should I just take the headlight off my car (its about to rain), wait for it to evaporate itself, then seal it? Or is there another way? Hairdryer? open it up? Or can I just seal it anyways with the moisture still in there and let it evaporate if it can.
Thanks all

I would take it out, and if you want it to evaporate faster put a hairdryer to it then reseal.

Should I point it on a certain area? I don't want to bother opening the housing up, but will if i have to. I was also thinking putting it in the oven(srsly lol) think that would be a good idea? eh.

yeah the oven should be fine. Just keep the heat down.

I have resealed lights like this before. Just pop it in the oven, let it evaporate, clean and reseal

Alright i resealed it...but somhow moisture keeps getting inside the headlight. Is there any certain spot i'm missing? i'm basically sealing where the plastic clear housing is meeting the other half. Maybe i have a crack in the headlight? any ways to check for cracks? cause i don't see any.

Any advice would help. thankss

+1, and I could also suggest instead of pointing the hair dryer into the headlight bulb opening, you tip the headlight so that the opening is pointing up and heating the outside of the headlight assembly. Hot air rises and it will also prevent dust and stuff from being blown into the headlight.

is the breather vent pointing up or down with the headlight rightside up?

Is the bulb base screwing on tightly?

Well I got these off ebay, and there are only two vents, where I don't even have the rubber L shaped parts that go on em. I just figured that water couldn't get in there cause the headlamp is too far in?

As for the bulb base..i'm going to check on that.
