Default grease on interior

I have some grease spots that I put on the A-pillar of a Towncar that I did a head gasket on recently. Does anyone have a preference on something that would work good to get that off? The material is a suede/neoprene type material. I normally use Meguirs products but, everything I find is a detailer/conditioner. I cant find any real good interior shampoo. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
