engine bay detailing

Default engine bay detailing

my engine bay is beginning to look pretty dusty. how do i go about safely cleaning it and what products should i use? thanks for any advice in advance.

start with a good all purpose cleaner. spritz the whole engine bay and then let it sit for a few mins. get a soft brush and lightly scrub. when rinsing never do a jet stream, you dont want to spray water directly on components, here is a good video http://youtu.be/dyfjWhtmS2E

Thanks, I have no clue what line he is from. Also, another good product to make all the black trims look good and new try adam's in and out spray

i like using
Gunk Engine bright degreaser.
spray on, let it sit and hose off. it really melts dirt n grease off. most of the time i dont even have to scrub anything.

i use good ol` ARMOR-ALL for plastics and hoses
