Default 1998 ford mustang

Hi I have a 1998 mustang base model and I am trying to make it look a hell of a lot better than it is now. I have a shop in town that will paint my car for 400 but after that i dont know where to start. I bought some motegi dp6 17 inch rims for it but i dont know how low i should go on the low profiles. I wanna do halo lights but a lot of people have been telling me that HIDs are better. After I do all these things what else can I do. I wanna have one of the nicest 98 mustangs around. at least in the top 30 in jacksonville fl. I was thinking about duals too but I dont know which kind to get.

$400 will last like a week. a real paint job is like 3k. don't get halo's they are gay, leave them for the camaros and ricers. hid are good but dont get anything above 6k. blue head lights is dumb looking on mustangs. if you gt dual exhaust do it right and make it look nice.

First off, DON'T get halo's.

With that out of the way there's a buttload of exhaust options. (I'm assuming by base model you mean sixxer) visit another section you could get more help. By making it sound better you could get headers and true duels. Also getting new shocks/springs for the car will make it sit alot better and look better with your new wheels as well.
