Waterspots on the glass?

Waterspots on the glass?
I have waterspots on my windshield. I tried a claybar, didn't work. Tried some stuff like stoner's invisible glass. Didn't work.
Any suggestions?

if you have a pc, you can buff them out. if you dont, try to hand polish them out.
