Default spots on new rims

I got these spots on my new rims, they appear to be water spots, but in not sure the best way to clean them off. there are Black Machined 2010 GT500 Wheels. and they only seems to be on the black parts of the rims. Dont know what I should do. Like clay them? or get some polish?

Looks like water spots, either get some polish or clay bar that will take care of them. Since they are black i would try claybar first though.

tried a clay bar, but it did not seem to do anything to them, any other thoughts? seems like the ones on the inside are the hardest to get off. Dont think theres a clearcoat there. I do have some 3M rubbing compound, and Nufinish scratch doctor, I could try these on the inside. other than that I could try little white vinigar mixed in with distilled water.

anyone one know of a good polish for rims? claying doesn't seem to do much to the spots on the outside of the rims.

I was a detailer at a dealership for 4yrs and i have gone threw all the replies, i can tell you anything you use will take some time to do unless its only on one wheel. So you can use just wax and a microfiber with light to medium pressure, also can use some light rubbing compound with the same pressure as i have mentioned. Other than that i have nothing else yet.
