Default Peeling clear coat on spoiler

I have a 2000 Roush mustang and the spoiler has a slight curve on the top and water tends to spit there after it rains. As a result, the clear coat is peeling. What do you guys think would be a good way to fix this? I was thinking about getting some spray clear coat from Autozone. If this is a bad idea, do you guys have any other ideas?

I would not get the rattle can clear coat, its cheap for a reason. Its very thin and after a while it will just do the same thing. I would remove the spoiler and take it to a shop and have them clear it. It shouldnt be to expensive since it just clear coat and its off the car, and they could just spray it with another project. hope this helps

You cannot fix peeling clearcot by reclearing it. The only way is to get 600 grit, feather it out all smooth. Primer seal, rebasecoat, clearcoat
