Default Detailing Help

Got a question for ya, looking for a line of products and suggestiosn for my car, its grabber blue and white two ton light colors. I wanna know what the top of the line setup would be for shinning this up and what order and instructions, like , polish, glaze, wax, etc etc. Also what items for wheels and metal. You can see pics of the car in this thread on the first page. I pretty much want the whole run down, what order to to everything and how many coats, wash, clay, etc etc. Detailing for dummies.

If you want to keep it simple, but still want a great shine and winter-tough durability, I would recommend a sealant/wax combo. There are a lot of options out there, but one of the more popular combinations is Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant - a high-tech polymer based paint sealant - topped with Pinnacle Souveran - a world-class carnauba paste wax. Both of these products are incredibly easy to use and will provide unsurpassed protection and a deep, wet shine.

We actually have these two products available in a kit that also includes the polish (necessary before applying any wax or sealant) the instant detail spray to maintain the shine and protection along with a host of other essential accessories including microfiber towels and applicators.

In that case you can forgo the paint sealant and just use the wax. If the wheels/lip of the wheels are uncoated I would give Optimum Metal Polish a try. This metal polish cuts fast and finishes beautifully, leaving a mirror-like finish.
