Clay bar and Detail Spray as lubricant will remove those. It appears to be overspray of some sort. Any neighbors have freshly violet colored patio furniture?

I would also highly suggest not using a Magic Eraser on your paint. Essentially that's taking sandpaper to your finish.

Nope. No one has painted anything recently. I got it all off though.
