Anyone in Gville? I'll be new to town very soon and was seeing how the car scene is over there. And are there any places I should avoid as far as picking out a place to stay?

If you want to PM me with a phone number I will try to help as much as I can. Kinda soggy here right now. As for the car scene - Gainesville does have a street rod club (Gainesville Sreet Rods) eclectic group. Ocala has an MCA affiliated club, Jacksonville has three mustang clubs and one of them is an MCA affiliate, and Tampa has a number of clubs with at least one in the MCA heard.

Let me know what you are interested in and I can give you more specific info.

Carcrazycorey1 - where in G'ville and what do you drive? I need to update my avatar, the 06 has a new home and I now own a Black/Gray 2013 Boss 302 Laguna Seca.

 

Did you bring your LS to St. Augustine for a car thing in March? I think it was March... Either way I saw a black LS there, and even if it wasn't your car, you have one SEXY car.

 

Zevox, no that was not me. I wanted to make it, but had other commitments. For the most part, all the 2013 Black LS' are the same. So, indirectly, thanks. I did see one other Black 2013 LS at the Mustangs & Mustangs at Fantasy of Flight in April. So we had to do a photo op.

 

That's sick FLGator and I live down 62nd by the mall. I drive a sonic blue 05 gt with 18" gunmetal grey wheels and corsa exhaust. We should get together sometime, I've never seen your car around!

 

Carcrazycorey1, yeah, I am not too far from you. Just off of 91st St. I was at Swamp Head yesterday and saw my first 2013 PW Boss "in the wild". Going up to Bubba Q's off of 39th Ave later today around 5PM.

 

I'm in Gainesville. Off 43rd and 53rd. New to the forums with a 2014 Black GT. Glad to see there are some other "Gators" on here. I'm an Alumni (2003), and am a Gainesville native.
