68 restomod with EFI

Has anyone tried to install a BBK SSI intake in an early Mustang? I plan on buying a 331 DSS engin and I want to use the BBK SSI intake. I would like to know if the intake can work under a stock hood or if any other modifications are needed? I know I can not use the stock export brace.
