Default C60E-9425-B Intake 4v 2v... same thing?

Is there a differences between a stock 4v vs 2v intake?

Is C60E-9425-B a dual plane intake? How would this compare to a Edelbrock Performer intake?

The reason I am asking is because I am looking in to changing out the carb on my 2v, and I have the C60E-9425-B as a spare.

I'm confused. The 4v is for a 4 barrel carb and a 2v is for a 2 barrel carb so yes there is a difference. Maybe I'm not sure what you are asking.
