it goes under the dash through the firewall and comes up around here and goes up to this web of wires, some connected some not.

Well...have you tried to figure out exactly where that particular wire goes? Could be a kill switch (though pretty stupid to make it that obvious), could be for fog lights, could be for a number of things. Trace the wire see where it leads you. Hopefully the color of the wire is the same throughout its length to make it easier to trace.

im positive its not my grille lights, the problem is, all these wires, are th same exact color. some plugged some unplugged. there are 2 going to my ignition though. i think it is a kill switch, not the best place for one though. im gunna try and see if connecting some of these loose ends has anything to do with my car not starting (other then it being well over a month without start.

well, if it was running before and now it's not and the car has just been sitting. I find it difficult to say that wires are the cause. Have you tried flipping the switch???

I wonder what this does!??!

Yeah, I was going to say. "flip the switch dummy, and see what happens." But, you beat me to it.

What do you mean by "one way?" If turning it to the left toward the accessory position, you may have a stereo accessory switch which activates a power amp. Who knows? If it were mine, I would take the thing out and deactivate it.
