Default Performer 289 Heater Hose connection

Hey

Does anybody what type of connector i need to connect the heater hose to the performer 289 manifold.
Mine leaks and i need to get a new one but dont know the size.

I think you can get away with the short style on the Performer 289. Most Mustang wherehouses should have the elbow you need. It's not a simple pipe thread heater elbow, it has a tube that extends into the coolant stream to prevent sucking air into the heater core, as well as a restrictor built into the elbow to prevent the engine from trying to push too much coolant through it.

If it looks like the #1 intake runner is going to interfere with the elbow (I know the RPM and Weiand Stealth manifolds have this problem), call Glazier's and get the tall style elbow.
