Default I6 and C4 Q's

i just took the I6 and c4 out of my 67 mustang and i want to put it up for sale how much should i ask. i am not sure if the engine or tranny was replaced so how find out what i have. should i sell it together or should i spilt it up and try to get more money? i also don't need the axle how much is a 4 bolt axle worth out of a mustang ?

what is the best way to sell a motor- ebay, craigslist ?

I would do Craigs List first, that way people to far away arn't asking your questions.

I need some I6 parts. Where are you lacated?

Definitely try craigslist. As for price, i bought a rebuilt inline 6 from autozone about a year ago for $1400. You, most likely, wont get that much but start from around there and see where it gets you.

you can pick up i6 and c4 combos in my area all day for $150. I have picked up two c4/i6 combos for $100 each off craigslist. IF you ask $1400, youre gong to get laughed at.

I need a good rebuildable cylinder head. I figure if I see an engine cheap I'll buy the whole thing and keep it for parts.
