Default mustang wont roll in neutral/engine off

I dont think the e-brake is on, and it's flat in my driveway. why wont my car roll in N? it's not chocked or blocked. how does the '67 e brake work anyway? pull out = on, turn and push in = off, right?

C4 was my guess...

does it shift okay? do you feel any resistance in the shifter and is it stock?

yes, it's a C4. I finally got a place in my garage to pull it in and i realllllly want to have it out of the rain tonight (seattle is not the place to have a classic car resto'ed in your driveway)....

it's a stock shifter.

might also be brakes dragging. Does it have drums or discs?

so, I just tried pushing it again. there's a tiny bit of give and then it "hits" something, it feels like it's loosely chocked up but I checked. it's not. could it be low tire pressure? all four tires are a little saggy but not that bad.

nothing is dragging, I looked nderneath.

also, I can shift into N on an automatic with the car off, right? it's not just "telling me" it's in N, right? it the ****er is on N, it's in N, right????

ummm, I'm pretty sure I spelled it "s-h-i-f-t-e-r" but oh well, maybe a typo.

Yes I think that is indeed the case...Im guessing its not going into N try having someone push on the car as you slide it between P to D real slow and see if at some point it moves. That might work....

I love my t5 again, thanks

OHHHH. and the brakes seem non-existant, the pedal goes down with no fight. not spongy, I can rest my foor lightly on it and the pedal goes down....
