Default Suspension question for '70 Mach 1

I am replacing my old worn out front and rear springs on my '70 Mustang Mach 1. I am wanting to put on some 17" wheels and tires and don't know whether to go with regular springs or some that lower the car say 1".
If anyone has any information on this I would appreciate your input.
Thanks,
SP

Lots of people go 17's on their car, you just gotta figure B/S and tire height into it all. Go here, and click on the Mustang on the page, and it will give you a better idea. Hope it helps.
