You don't know what to click to browse? Once the small box that allows you to upload 5 images opens, you click the browse button and find the picture on your computer. Then click upload. 
If you want to link an image off another site, right click the picture to get the url and place it between [IMG] & [/IMG].
Am I not answering the question...? If not, please be more specific. I had no problem uploading or linking, so... I want to get this fixed for you guys, or help you understand it if it's "user error". (I hate that term, I'm sorry for using it... LOL!)

A URL is the address of the picture. Everything you can see on the internet, has an address.
Try this... and please follow me here...
Move your cursor over your Avatar, RIGHT CLICK, a menu opens, choose PROPERTIES at the bottom. A box opens and it'll show you the Address (url) right there. Copy the address and paste it inbetween the code.
Here is your avatar url address:

put it in between [IMG][/IMG]
