Default bad vibrations

Hi everyone, I have a 2001 mustang gt...it has been sitting in the garage the whole winter and was never started up at all. I am now noticing a low humming noise when i drive it, it isnt there right when you touch the gas but it kicks in a few seconds after. This is accompanied by a bad vibrating which you can feel in the floor, steering wheel, seats, and pedals. It almost feels like the vibration you get in your hands when holding on to a lawnmower handle. This noise was never there before winter. Any thoughts as to what this could be and how to fix would be great.

Thank you very much for you time.

While nothing pops to mind, I will advise on this: Letting a car sit for an extnded period of time is never a good idea.
