Can anyone tell me what subscribing to a forum is? How does it work? What will it do for me?

 

Maybe you mean subscribing to a thread? If you do, it means that you will get an e-mail when someone replies to a thread you suscribed to.

 

Actually , it does say "forum subscriptions". If you go into your control panel then click "subscriptions at the top of your page you can see what Im talkin about. There will be a list of all of the forums just like the first page on this site and each listing has a box next to it. It doesnt say anything about certain topics. Thanks for the answer though that helps me.

 

I'm gonna guess it's the same concept, but I really am not sure. Never even looked there til just now.
