can someone please help me with posting some pics? the problem i am having is that they are to big! they are jpg's on a floppy disc and i cant figure out how to get them smaller, but when i look at some peoples pics they are just as big! whats up, any help is appeciated

 

There are 2 ways to post images on this site. First you can upload them to the MF server, which has a size limit, or you can host the pictures on a remote server that gives you free space such as Geocities, Angelfire, or Fateback, which is a really good one. You can upload the pictures to one of these hosts and just link to the picture in your signature or your posts. To resize them, you can use any photo editing program such as Photoshop to both reduce the physical dimensions of it and the resolution, which should be no higher than 72 dpi for display on a monitor.
