i want to know after i install my mac offrad h pipe if i will need to get it tuned, and how much hp i will gain.

this would go in the 4.6L part of the forum, but no u don't NEED a tune, and hp probably between 5 and 15 depending on some other things

^he's right. however your check engine light will come on, a tuner will fix that.
